eBackpack Using A Large Amount Of Space On My Device

eBackpack stores all information on the cloud and is accessible to you 24/7 with an internet connection. However, we do create temporary files (cache) on your device when you open a file in order to decrease the loading time if you need to access the same document multiple times within the same session.
 
To clear these files though you can either stay fully logged in at all times and direct yourself to your homepage/dashboard on a periodic basis. Then select the gear icon in the top left hand corner and choose clear cache or once you know that you are done using the eBackpack app for the day log out of your profile and the cache will be deleted.
 
To clear these temporary files, go to the home screen, select the gear icon, and choose clear cache:
