LDAP Server Down (Unavailable)

 If you get a e-mail message from eBackpack stating your schools LDAP server is down (unavailable). Do not worry, this notification has been added as a extension to the support network so that schools can get a quick notice that there is a issue that needs to be resolved on their side.  However, until a LDAP server is available, your users will still be able to log into the eBackpack account with uninterrupted service as long as they use the correct cache username and password on their first attempt to get into their account.
