You can reset your password by accessing your login website (example - accountname.eBackpack.com) and clicking the Forgot your password? link. You have the option to enter your User Name or email (if this is linked to your user name). Once you do, a confirmation will let you know that an email was sent with further instructions to reset your password.
If you can't locate your login website or don't remember your username, create a support ticket and we will be happy to assist.
If your account does not have an email address on file, you will need to contact your school administrators.
Passwords may also be able to be changed on the My Profile page - depending on your school account configuration.
