How can I send an email to my class from eBackpack?

Sending an email to your entire class is as easy as a simple click!
 
From Class Roster
 
1. Access your class overview page by clicking on the class tile from the home screen or by selecting the class from the "Classes & Groups" list from the top navigation menu
 
2. Click the "Roster" tab located in the left navigation menu
 
3. Click the mail icon located to the right of the "Members" section of your roster page as seen below
 
 
 
Your email will BCC all students on the class roster that have an email address connected to their eBackpack account (Account superusers/administrators have the ability to include/add student emails to eBackpack).
 
The subject will be "Class Name - Update" (all fields are editable).
 
 
From Assignment Page
 
1. Access your assignment details page by clicking on the assignment from the home screen class tiles or by selecting  "Activities" from the top navigation menu to search all assignments
 
2. Click the mail icon located to the left of the "Edit Assignment" section of your assignment details page as seen below
 
 
Your email will BCC all students on the class roster that have an email address connected to their eBackpack account (Account superusers/administrators have the ability to include/add student emails to eBackpack).
 
The subject will be "Class Name - Assignment Name - Update" (all fields are editable).
