How To Refresh My Browser

Sometimes a hard refresh of your browser may correct an issue you may be experiencing.  If a hard refresh does not correct your issue, please put in a support ticket with additional details. 
 
You may also try to reset your browser cache as described here.
 

On Safari Mac:

  1. Shift and click the refresh button
  2. Go to Safari > Empty Cache , or hit Opt + Cmd + E . To refresh, click the refresh button on the address bar or press Cmd + R . Another tip. If you want to restore Safari, like completely clear all the caches, or parts of it, go to Safari > Reset Safari 

On Chrome Windows/Linux

  1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
  2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

On Chrome Mac  

  1. Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button. 
  2. Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.

On Firefox Windows/Linux

  1. Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  2. Or, hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

On Firefox Mac

  1. Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
  2. Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Internet Explorer

  1. Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  2. Or, hold the Ctrl key and click the Refresh button.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
